I’m Dr. Tal Elovits, a political scientist and public policy consultant with over a decade of experience navigating Israeli politics and policymaking. I hold a PhD in Political Science from the University of Milan, where my dissertation examined executive agenda control and legislative time in the Israeli Knesset in comparative perspective.

My career spans government, academia, and the private sector — from advising the chair of the Knesset’s Economic Affairs Committee, to corporate lobbying, to managing the Israeli Labor Party’s parliamentary group. I’m currently a Research Fellow at the Molad Institute, and a lecturer at Reichman University.

My research on Israeli democratic institutions has been published internationally, including in the Swiss Political Science Review, the PSA Parliaments, and policy reports for The London Initiative. I regularly brief visiting foreign official delegations on Israeli politics and parliamentary affairs. I bring this combination of hands-on political experience, academic rigor, and international perspective to every consulting engagement.
