PhD in Political Science from the University of Milan, academic researcher, lecturer, and strategic advisor — with over a decade of hands-on experience at the heart of Israeli politics and policymaking. I bridge the worlds of academia, government, and the private sector, combining rigorous research with deep fluency in Israel's legislative and regulatory landscape. Whether through applied policy research, strategic consulting, or engaging lectures, I help organizations and decision-makers navigate complexity, map the political terrain, and translate insight into effective action.

For over 15 years, I have researched, operated, and worked at the intersection of politics, public policy, and academia in Israel. I have served as a parliamentary advisor, a commercial lobbyist, and director of the Labor Party's faction in the Knesset. I also represented the party in the Zionist institutions and on the Central Elections Committee for the 25th Knesset. Alongside my professional work, I have been actively involved in civil society — co-founding Mekomi (2017–2019), a movement dedicated to strengthening local leadership and democratic participation at the municipal level, serving as Chair of the Audit Committee of the Israeli LGBT Association (2015–2017), and co-leading the LGBTQ+ reservists protest movement (2016).
I hold a PhD in Political Science from the University of Milan, where my research focused on executive control of the parliamentary agenda and the management of legislative time in the Knesset, examined in comparative perspective. Parts of this research have been published in peer-reviewed international journals, including the Swiss Political Science Review and the Journal of Legislative Studies. I also hold a BA in Political Science, International Relations and Communication from the Open University of Israel, and an MA in Security Studies from Tel Aviv University. Alongside my academic work, I published the book Politics of Security (Hebrew), which explores the relationship between political stability and security policy in the context of terrorism.
I am currently a Research Fellow at the Molad Institute and a member of the Checks and Balances Lab at Tel Aviv University's Center for Applied Research on Risks to Democracy (CARRD). I lecture at Reichman University in a data-driven thinking course, taught in both Hebrew and English.
In recent years, I have partnered with dozens of organizations, initiatives, and research institutes — helping translate complex ideas into clear strategy, actionable policy recommendations, and effective public communication.

Designing and leading public campaigns — from shaping core messages and building narratives to mobilizing stakeholders and leveraging data-driven insights to shift public opinion and drive real-world impact.
Comprehensive policy consulting — mapping the stakeholder landscape, developing strategy, and guiding organizations through Israel's legislative and regulatory environment to effectively influence decision-makers.
Rigorous applied research and regulatory analysis — turning complex data into clear, actionable insights and evidence-based recommendations that support informed decision-making.
Engaging, research-backed lectures that bring together political science, policy expertise, and real-world experience. Delivered in Hebrew or English, with interactive discussion and optional hands-on workshops.

Provided ongoing strategic advisory support to Israel Hofsheet civil society organization leading the campaign against the proposed bill to exempt ultra-Orthodox men from mandatory military service, during Israel's 37th government. My work included in-depth legislative analysis, review of relevant court rulings, drafting policy papers, and developing strategic actions to shape the legislative process. I also provided continuous guidance as the campaign evolved throughout the legislative proceedings.

Conducted a comprehensive public opinion survey of the Israeli adult population on the topic of online misinformation — examining exposure to false content, the public's ability to identify it, levels of awareness, and available tools for addressing the phenomenon. The research produced actionable insights on how misinformation spreads and is perceived in Israeli society, and informed FakeReporter's public education and policy work.
